ESIC Registration & Other Related Work

The government introduced the ESI scheme for Indian workers. ESI stands for Employee State Insurance managed by the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). The ESIC is an autonomous body created by the law under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.

ESI scheme provides social security to the workers. Employers and employees contribute a percentage of employee’s wages towards ESI every month. Huge variety of medical, monetary and other benefits are provided to workers covered under the ESI Act.

EPF Registration

 Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is a scheme under the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. It is regulated under the purview of the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) which is one of the world’s largest social security organizations in terms of clientele and the volume of financial transactions undertaken. Basically, EPF is like a benefit to an employee during the retirement provided by the organisation (EPFO).

RERA

Before the introduction of RERA Act of 2016, the real estate sector in the country was unregulated. The Act mandates all the real estate projects in the State to be registered under the RERA Authority, except in case if the total number of apartments in the project is not more than eight.

NBFC Registration

Trade License

A trade license is a certificate issued to an applicant seeking to open a business permitting him/her/them to commence business in a given area/location within the particular municipal/corporation limit. This license permits the applicant to commence and operate the business, as mentioned in the application. If the applicant wishes to commence another business different from that mentioned in the trade license application, they will have to separate it. Additionally, the applicant does not become the property owner after securing the license. Trade license is exclusively meant as an approval or permission given to the applicant to begin the business mentioned in the application only.

Drug License

Rajasthan drug license is a document of permission for carrying out businesses related to pharmaceutical industries that deal with drugs, medicines and cosmetics. The government of Rajasthan issues drug licenses to regulate the manufacture, storage, distribution and sale of drugs. Rajasthan Drug License is issued under the Drug and Cosmetics Act of 1940 to the person dealing with drugs. As per this act, it is mandatory to obtain a drug license before the commencement of the drug business.
